Blessed be the Emperor, Brothers!
As GW miniatures are quite expensive, and Forje World ones are absurdly expensive, have someone ever tried compatible 28mm miniatures from other industries? What did you think about them? Do they have the same quality as GW ones for a cheaper price or are them even more expensive?
If you could control GW for some time, what army you would reinforce? Why? With what kind of miniatures?

Reorganization of the Folders
After some reportings from some righteous citizens about the collection method on the folders.
Have been reported some not related Warhammer 40k (fantasy battles and Age of Sigmar) stuffs: as Illustrations, drawings and miniatures.
The Officium Querelorum has quickly analyzed the fact: Some of them have been obliterated from our archives.
Besides the Folders are now riorganized: the Officium add new main folders for the Main Xeno Races:
Tau Empire: Vespid, Kroots and Tau race (and other allies)
Chaos and Heretics: Chaos Space marines and every Chaos worshipers
Tyranids: They and their vicious creatures from their Hive Fleets
Necron
Or
Sisters of Battle!
Rumor goes that the new Sororitas codex is arriving shortly... Maybe new plastic miniatures will follow. So a curiosity, if you had to get rid or add something to the Sisters of Battle, modify their armor, looks and equipment, what would you go for?
Personally I think I would get rid of the "Boobplate". It's cool, but it's not practical (compromise arms movement, direct incoming projectiles to the center of the chestplate, become a hindrance when they have to crawl...), and a normal chestplate would do the job good enough. Also those torches and flaming stuff on their backs are a disaster waiting to happen, I would take it out as soon as pos
Warhammer Fan Fiction Advent Calendar
Hey guys!
So in December, I want to run a fan fiction Advent Calendar for Horus Heresy/40k/WH Fantasy.
I would love to see diversity in the writings ie. Eldar, IG, SM or even chaos. ANYTHING IS ACCEPTED!
What inspired this, is I’ve read a lot of amazing fan fictions and I know lots of people don’t have the money to buy all advent calendar BL runs in December.
I’m asking anyone interested to please email me at keamymayloken@gmail.com

What you would like to write?(If you are unsure give me just a general idea. Imperial Guard or Dark Eldar you can include a couple of ideas) :

It's been almost a year since I commented.
But recently I've painted up figures by Mantic games. I can't say they were bad. And considering the amount of models they were dirt cheap. Considering what I'm using them for (a legal codex entry for my chaos marines; Plague zombies), if I were to buy this same amount of figures for a full squad at GW prices, I'd be spending over double. And that's something you can worry about.
What would be a more fair pricepoint is to put a connection between the amount of points you build out of a box and the price it costs. I'm seeing too many "elite" armies and not enough horde armies because those are twice as costly. That by itself might also address balancing issues, since "big" kits would become a bit more expensive pointswise and would have to justify being more durable at the same time. Why is it that a rhino, droppod or even the new Ork guns cost about 1 euro/dollar per point, while at the same time a Land raider costs about a quarter of that comparatively?
